At Earth to America,
we feel nourishing the community is necessary to enrich the lives of our neighbors and future generations.
Earth to America ensures
that citizens are properly educated and made aware of the Environmental issues that affect us all. We are working
hard to inspire Ecological awareness, respect and Environmental kindness in America.
In 2007, our youth program began.
It promotes as well as educates children on the importance of recycling at school and at home.
Our strategies include youth based presentations and events focused on recycling throughout the United
States. Our K-6 Education curriculum includes school visits, teacher guides,
posters, student handouts with recycling facts, school competitions, games, prizes and classroom crafts.
This
year, in partnership with ODWALLA, our program introduced 'Recycle RICK' as the youth
mascot. Even though he's a dinosaur, Rick well knows the meaning of his
acronym...

Our education program relies entirely on community
volunteers, local businesses, grant-funding and gifts of in-kind donations.
Thanks to our friends at Coca-Cola's
Odwalla Juice Company, we are building an organization that will accomplish an amazing amount of good starting with America's
youth...we sure do admire that Odwalla spirit!
